Noble Construction Group is one of the tools that every realtor needs to be successful. Vance was a part of my team on a recent shortsale and without him this one would not have closed. The foundation was rotted and termite ridden and the house had dropped 2 inches on one side. The roof was bad and the home had mildew throughout. (I was with the buyer) Vance was able to lift the house replace all damage, replace the roof and more. the wonderful surprise was the fact that he then sent his guys inside to repair all of the "collateral" damage to tiles, trim, paint, etc. My buyer was so excited and we closed an fha loan on the home 3 days later. Vance also repaired every item on the home inspection and appraisal so I could relax and worry about other things. He promised that he never missed a closing deadline and he was right! It was amazing to have one person who was able to do all of the repairs AND who also answered all of my calls and emails PLUS called me with daily updates so I didn't have to worry.

While this was not a large job, just removing a sliding glass door, then installing a new wall with windows. They completely rebuilt a back porch and did extensive repairs on deck stairs and railings. This included painting and staining. They dealt with a major plumbing problem that required removal and rebuild of part of a shower.Mr. Thomas and his project manager, Daryn, are professional, honest and competent. I had a carport added to my house. The addition was 15 ft. wide by 25ft long. Wood framing extension of existing roof. The job took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Vance had 4 to 5 of his regular employees on the job daily .They used the best material ,did pro work. They were on time daily, worked well together. A tree fell on my house and Noble Construction repaired the frame and interior of the room affected. I have to say that this was my first time using a contractor and Vance made the experience so wonderful. As he told me when we first met, he treats every job as if he were fixing his mother's place. I felt comfortable and secure as they began and finished the work. I plan to use them in the future for other projects that I am now willing to hire help for. Noble Construction put any of my previous hesitations about contracting work to rest. Converted a screened-in room into a conventional, heated/cooled constructed room with sound-proofing for music and gaming. Work included removing screen materials, constructing new walls including insulation, electricity and HVAC.. Additional sound board was added along with drywall. Windows and doors were installed (and hung perfectly!) Knock-down ceiling and recessed lighting. The construction fits in perfectly with the existing structure. The bottom line... we will use them again 11/12/13 Margret M.

Vance and his crew were GREAT!!!!! After they started they found that some of the roof supports were rotten. They needed to be replaced which I
approved. The additional cost to replace the supports was more than fair. The overall cost was very fair and the quality of the work was superior. Daryn was the foreman supervising (and working) the repairs. He and his workers were very professional and respectful of our property. I was so impressed by the quality of the work and the value of the cost, I have asked them to come back and paint the rest of the outside of my home.
